Return Policy

1. Overview

LaserCuttingPro.lk provides custom laser cutting and metal fabrication services. Due to the nature of made-to-order manufacturing, our return policy differs from standard retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Custom-Made Products

All our products are custom-manufactured based on your specifications and uploaded design files (DXF). Once production begins, items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made specifically for your order.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Order cancellation before production: Full refund if you cancel before we begin manufacturing.
• Our error: If we deliver incorrect specifications, wrong material, or defective workmanship, we will re-manufacture at no cost or provide a full refund.
• Non-delivery: Refund if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe through no fault of the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided when:

• You provided incorrect design files or specifications
• You change your mind after production has started
• The product matches the approved quote and specifications
• Minor variations in dimensions within industry tolerance (±0.5mm)

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at lasercuttingpro.lk@gmail.com or call +94 710575210 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for the request, and supporting photos if applicable. We will respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
